Here’s a handy checklist for making sure the deal you’ve found is eligible for our Best Price Promise:


☑️ Find and submit within 24 hours


Due to how frequently airlines and hotels change their prices, you must make your request within 24 hours of receiving your loveholidays' booking confirmation.


☑️ Competitor must be a UK-based ATOL member


Check the offer you’d like us to beat is being offered online on a UK-based ATOL license holder's website in pounds sterling. The offer must be available to the general public.


☑️ Cost must include all fees with no discounts


The total cost of the offer must include any handling charges, booking fees and credit card fees. It cannot include any money-off coupons or vouchers, corporate discounts, membership or loyalty scheme discounts, promotional offers or bulk-buy discounts.


☑️ All details must match our original offer



Every detail of your loveholidays booking must exactly match the one you've found to be cheaper. This includes party size, dates, duration, flight times, flight numbers, in-flight extras, transfers, hotel, room type, number of rooms and board basis.

If all of the above applies and you are the lead name on the booking, simply log in to Manage My Booking to access the Best Price Promise form.


☑️ Fill out the Best Price Promise form


When you fill out the form, you’ll be asked to provide a screenshot of the webpage showing the cheaper price, which includes the URL. You will also need your loveholidays' booking reference number.


☑️ Await your review and refund



If you’ve used the checklist above and submitted a valid Best Price Promise request within 24 hours of your booking with us, we’ll refund the difference in cost, plus £5 extra per person.

Best Price Promise Terms & Conditions

  • Only the lead name on the booking can submit a Best Price Promise request.
  • All requests must be made using the Best Price Promise form within 24 hours of making your original loveholidays' booking and meet all eligibility criteria.
  • Best Price Promise is only available for bookings made online and can only be applied once per booking.
  • A loveholidays booking cannot be matched against another package from loveholidays.com. We are unable to beat prices for flight-only or hotel-only bookings. £5 refund per person does not apply to free passengers such as infants or children.
  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and is non-transferable.
  • loveholidays, in its sole discretion, reserves the rights to: (a) suspend, change or cancel the Best Price Promise at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which make it necessary for it to do so, (b) add additional terms, (c) exclude customers on the basis that it believes that they do not respect its Terms and Conditions; and/or (d) verify the eligibility of customers, or, exclude organisations from being eligible for Best Price Promise, if in the loveholidays’ opinion, it is necessary for it to do so.
  • Any decision of loveholidays regarding any aspect of Best Price Promise is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
